Robert Webb and the Jerry Iger Studio Secret Romances #16 Story Page 6 Original Art (Superior Publ., 1953). U.S.-Canadian Superior Comics delivered not only the most bizarre and audacious horror comics of the post-WWII years, but also some of the most provocative romance titles. The Iger Studio's lead artist, Webb, was adept at these and many other genres. This collaborative page (by Webb, with the Iger assembly line) features an array of classic Webb faces, along with a surreal composition (upper left) in which the characters appear dwarfed by the furniture.
