Description

George Pal's Doc Savage: The Man of Bronze 16mm Feature Film in 3 1,200-Foot Reels. (George Pal Productions & Warner Bros., 1975). Pal's production of the heroic pulp-fiction adventure stars Texas-bred Ron Ely (a former Tarzan) as the world-beating Doc Savage. This copy appears to be a primary-source print, likely dating from the film's first network-TV airings in 1977 -- two years after the theatrical release, which of course would have been in the bulkier 35mm format. Clean and well-preserved, with intact leader-splices and no hint of the Vinegar Syndrome chemical deterioration that often afflicts 16mm film from private collections. Contained within a protective shipping carton of corrugated cardboard. Very Good condition.
