George Woodbridge Mad #344 "Cybernerd" Original Art (EC Comics, 1996). A TAC-squad raid on an illegal computer laboratory finds a lone, over-caffeineated nerkwad kid responsible for a rash of high-tech terrorism. Woodbridge is in fine form, here, as one of MAD's preeminent cartoonists. Uproarious detail, with a visual gag in almost every square inch. Cameo appearance by Arthur, the resident avocado plant of the MAD studios. Signed twice, within the art and at lower margin. Opaque watercolors on illustration board. Image area, 13" x 16.5". Moderate to prominent toning and handling wear, with one tiny bit of paint damage at upper right. Very Good condition.Auction Info
