Description

Wally Wood Total War (M.A.R.S. Patrol) #1 Partial Page Original Art (Gold Key, c. 1965). The M.A.R.S. Patrol (Marine Attack Rescue Service) are on hand as strange invaders strike into American soil, ruthlessly killing as they go! A great looking top portion of a page by the comic art legend Wally Wood, it unfortunately does not have any indication as to which page it is, although a marginal note would indicate it was during the attack on Atlantic City. These two panels are on a single piece of Bristol board and are produced in ink over graphite with an image area of 12.25" x 5.75". The board is lightly tanned, with some handling; however, in Excellent condition.
