Description
Billy DeBeck Barney Google Daily Comic Strip Original Art (King Features Syndicate, 1927). Although the series was already eight years old at this point, and the hit tune "Barney Google (with the Goo-Goo-Googly Eyes)" was four years old, it would be another seven years before Snuffy Smith turned up. A lovely little strip created in ink with blue pencil shading over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 17.75" x 4.5". Signed in the last panel. The toned board is in Very Good condition.Auction Info
