All Star Comics #15 (DC, 1943) CGC VG/FN 5.0 Cream to off-white pages. Origin and first appearance of Brain Wave. Sandman and Sandy story by Jack Kirby & Joe Simon. Frank Harry cover. Additional story art by Sheldon Moldoff and Bernard Baily. Hawkman, Hawkgirl, Atom, Wonder Woman, Johnny Thunder, Starman, Spectre, Dr. Mid-Nite, and Dr. Fate appearances. CGC notes, "Tape on cover and interior cover." Overstreet 2019 VG 4.0 value = $504; FN 6.0 value = $756. CGC census 5/20: 6 in 5.0, 22 higher.
