Description
The Little Mermaid Ariel Animation Drawings Group of 10 (Walt Disney, 1989). The story centers around a young mermaid named Ariel, who wants to be part of the world above the surface. When she falls in love with a human prince, she makes a deal with a villainous sea witch to become human, herself, and earn his love before the agreed time runs out. In this lot are ten rare animation drawings of Ariel as a human. The drawings are from the scene where Ariel is sitting on a dock talking to Sebastian and Scuttle after the "Kiss the Girl" song sequence. You will see these images around the 1:07:07 time mark. Great 7" images of Ariel; we see her feet in the drawings but not on screen. The drawings were rendered in graphite with red pencil on 16 field animation paper. Mild edge wear from normal production handling. Condition is Very Good.Auction Info
