Disneyland - Disneyland Steam Trains Ephemera Binder with Park-Used Nameplate (Walt Disney, c. 1950s - 90s). This fascinating binder collects a treasure trove of ephemera pertaining to the trains of Walt Disney, with publications from the early years of Disneyland all the way to the late 1990s. The binder includes photos and printed illustrations of Walt and his trains, a 1955 Los Angeles Examiner article on Walt Disney's backyard train the Lilly Belle, early Santa Fe & Disneyland Railroad tickets, a Jaymar Santa Fe & Disneyland Railroad jigsaw puzzle (still in shrink wrap), two studio-printed photographic character models of Casey Jones Jr. from the beloved feature film Dumbo, a copy of Look magazine's 9/25/1951 issue featuring an article on Walt Disney's backyard railroad, and much more. Offering much to explore, this binder of rare items is a must-have for anyone who shares Walt Disney's passion for trains. Adding to the uniqueness of this piece is the fact that the nameplate on the front of the binder was actually park-used! It was used for organization and labeling within a backstage area of Disneyland.
