Description
Adventure Time "The Land of Ooo" Map Display by Ghost Shrimp (Cartoon Network, 2012). Chart your own course through the post-apocalyptic Land of Ooo with this original map drawing. Fans of this wildly popular series based loosely on Dungeons and Dragons will recognize the assorted regions through which Fin and Jake travel on their whimsical adventures including the Candy Kingdom, The Haunted Swamp, and the Sea of Sure Death. This series started as a seven-minute stand-alone short and has since developed an enormous following across all age groups and is particularly popular with cosplayers. This black line drawing of the Land of Ooo is the original artwork used in the making the two-sided full color scavenger hunt map/poster given out at the 2012 San Diego ComiCon. Fans of this series know that at any art from this show is incredibly rare and this massive one-of-a-kind piece may be the rarest of all. The art is matted to black board, with the edges hand-cut to give them an "aged" effect. Framed with glass to an overall size of 42" x 27.5" x 1". Frame sold as-is. Fine condition. From the Tom McLaughlin Estate Collection.More information about Cartoon Network (non-Adult Swim) Artist.
