Description
Disneyland - Adventure Thru Inner Space Original Silk-Screened Park Attraction Poster (Walt Disney, c. 1967-1985). Adventure Thru Inner Space was the first theme park attraction to utilize Disney's Omnimover system, continuously moving ride vehicles that can swivel 360 degrees so that riders will see what the designers intend. This exciting attraction simulated the shrinking guests to the atomic level before taking a breathtaking tour of snowflakes. This is a remarkably rare hand-pulled silkscreen poster for the classic attraction, as seen on page 97 of The Poster Art of the Disney Parks by Danny Handke and Vanessa Hunt. The piece was designed by Imagineer John Drury. This 36" x 54" poster is framed under Plexiglas with an overall frame size of 38" x 56". Well-preserved in the frame, the poster shows minor handling with minimal surface scuffing, and the condition is Very Good.From the Rummell Collection.
