Walt Disney's Big Big Coloring Book Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy Cover Illustration Original Art (Walt Disney/Whitman, 1954). Here is a fantastic and fun cover illustration of Mickey, Donald, and Goofy flying around in peewee airplanes, with a real 1950s look to the art. We love how the plane's colorful exhausts form the book's title lettering! The oversized coloring book cover painting is by Whitman staff artist Dave Hoffman, with classic images of these iconic characters. The art is painted in gouache and ink on board, matted with an opening of 15.5" x 18"; it's framed with Plexiglas for an overall size of 22.5" x 26.5" x 1.5". The frame is sold as-is.
