Description

Jim Lee and Scott Williams Batman #614 "Hush" Joker Page 9 Original Art (DC, 2003). "Batgirl... I understood her seeking out justice. To rid this city of the evil that manifests itself here." Writer Jeph Loeb, along with rock star artists Jim Lee and his frequent co-collaborator, Scott Williams, redefined Batman, while setting the stage for things to come with their 12-Issue story "Hush". During the flashback moments of the story, Jim Lee wanted to separate them from the ongoing present moment art, and created the memories in graphite and watercolor as seen here with Batman and Batgirl (Barbara Gordon). Ink over graphite with watercolor on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". In Excellent condition.
