Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Sleepy, Grumpy and Sneezy Production Cel on Painted Background (Walt Disney, 1937). "Buddle, Uddle Um Dum" is the song the dwarfs sing as they wash up for dinner. Here Sleepy and Sneezy are putting the finishing touches on a reluctant Grumpy from this musical sequence in Disney's very first animated feature film. It is an incredibly rare hand-inked, hand-painted production cel featuring exceptionally large images of three of the seven dwarfs measuring approximately 5" x 9.5". The untrimmed 12 field nitrate cel is presented over a custom hand-painted background for presentation purposes. The artwork is matted and framed under glass with an opening of 7" x 9.5" in a 12.5" x 14.5" frame. It's a magnificent example of original animation art from the world's very first animated feature film. The cel exhibits signs of minor restoration and condition is Fine.Auction Info
