Description
The Simpsons Couch Gag Production Cel (Fox, 1999). Wa-hoo! Here's a truly outstanding hand-painted opening credits "Couch Gag" production cel of the entire family -- Homer, Marge, Maggie, Bart, and Lisa, all wearing cowboy hats and "riding" the back of the couch. This is from the Season 10 Dr. Strangelove parody that opened the "Wild Barts Can't Be Broken" episode, airing on 1/17/99, that featured a memorable cameo by Cyndi Lauper. The cel has a Fox seal and Fox Couch Gag Letter of Authenticity. The background is a hand-painted limited edition cel made by the studio of the Couch Gag setup. Great images, measuring from 2" to 5". Matted and framed with Plexiglas for an overall size of 20" x 17.25". Fine condition. Simpsons Couch Gag production cels are rare!More information about Simpsons.
