Alex Raymond Rip Kirby #20 Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 3-26-46 (King Features Syndicate, 1946). Only the 20th strip in the series! After such smash hit strips Flash Gordon, and Jungle Jim, Alex Raymond went with a third genre! The noir detective series had stylish and sophisticated characters, with plenty of action, danger, and clever plot twists. Created in ink with blue wash over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 19.75" x 6". Signed in the last panel. Toned and in Very Good condition.More information about Alex Raymond.
