Herb Trimpe The Mighty Marvel Western #5 Cover Original Art (Marvel, 1969). The Rawhide Kid got the cover spot for this issue. Let's hope he makes it out alive after he's walking straight into an ambush! Created in ink over blue pencil on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". The corner box, logo, and other cover text are all stat paste-ups. One of the caption box paste-ups is missing, leaving glue residue. Other paste-ups are loose and barely attached.
