Gil Kane and Dick Giordano The Flash #312 Cover Original Art (DC, 1982). Central City is experiencing a Heatwave. TWO of them in fact! The Cary Bates story was titled "Dead Heat for a Scarlet Speedster!" Created in ink over graphite with whiteout highlights on DC Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". The logo, DC bullet, all cover text, and all other trade dressing are stat paste-ups. The board is toned, with glue residue. The signatures in the lower left are printed stat paste-ups. In Very Good condition.
