Terry Wolfinger MAD #33 Cover Pencils Original Art (EC, 2023). The Addams Family goes MAD on this cover. Is that Alfred E. Neuman as Wednesday, or is that Moxie Cowznofsky? Although inspired by the Wednesday Netflix show, this cover also gives a tip of the severed-head to the original Charles Addams cartoons with Lurch and Pugsley, the TV series with Gomez, Cousin Itt, Uncle Fester, and Gran'mama, and the first movie with Morticia. Let's not ignore the Addams Family mansion in the background (because we don't want the house to get mad at us). Created in pure pencil on 11" x 17" art paper. Signed and dated in the lower right.
