John Buscema and Jack Abel Marvel Fanfare #51 Story Page 38 Silver Surfer Original Art (Marvel, 1990). Silver Surfer's valiant sacrifice to save Mantis' young son, Sprout, causes Mangog's hatred to be drained, and in turn, cease to exist. The penultimate page from "The Great Terror", a "What If?" story described as "an alternate version of the 1980s Silver Surfer". Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Slight toning, pinholes in the top margin, text paste-ups, marginal notes, whiteout corrections, with staining and edge/handling wear. In Very Good condition.
