Jae Lee Namor, the Sub-Mariner #37 Cover Original Art (Marvel, 1993). Artist Jae Lee really captured the "savage" in the Sub-Mariner, as illustrated here highlighting Lee's unique style in a dark rendering of Namor, which would stand out on a special printed holo-foil cover. Ink over graphite and blue pencil on Marvel cover stock Bristol board with an image area of 9.75" x 15". Stat logo/header and text paste-ups, with open space and red key lines for cover effects. Paste-up strip along the top edge covering tape and staple holes, black tape around the UPC box, abrasions along the bottom left edge, with light residue staining and handling wear.
