Description

Rube Goldberg Weekly Invention Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 3-24 (McNaught Syndicate, 1940). Titled "Protective Measures for the Rainy Season" the strip includes four "unique" if not impractical inventions for a rainy day from the warped mind of cartoonist Rube Goldberg. This comical daily was produced in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 16" x 4". There is a tear in the middle of the strip, on the umbrella. Overall toning, edge wear, and some light soiling. In Very Good condition.
