Dave Dorman Star Wars: Crimson Empire #5 Cover Original Art (Dark Horse, 1998). A dark and ominous cover fitting for one of the Empire's most ruthless traitors -- Carnor Jax, the Sith-trained former Imperial Royal Guard who clawed his way to power by assassinating his own brothers-in-arms and sabotaging the resurrection of Emperor Palpatine's clone body. With stormtroopers at his command and ambition in his blood, Jax looms menacingly on this brooding cover by Dorman, who perfectly captures the shadowy tone of the Crimson Empire saga. Mixed media on sturdy illustration board with an image area of 10" x 15". Paper cover is taped to the top edge. Signed by Dorman in the lower right image area.
