Description
Pocket Comics #2 (Harvey, 1941) CGC VG- 3.5 Off-white pages. This was the second issue of the title that gave Harvey Comics its start. It contains 96 pages (100 if you count the covers) for a dime, as opposed to the standard 64 pages that most comics offered at the time, and yet at half the size of a regular comic. The contents include Black Cat, Spirit of '76 (who battles no less than Satan himself), and Hitler appearances. Joe Simon drew the Nazi War cover. Overstreet 2023 VG 4.0 value = $516. CGC census 11/23: 2 in 3.5, 11 higher.CGC Grader Notes:
