Johnny Craig - EC Horror Hosts Preliminary Original Art (undated). The four most famous horror hosts in all of comics-Drusilla, the Vault-Keeper, the Old Witch, and the Crypt-Keeper-are rendered in remarkable detail by pioneering EC artist Johnny Craig, ominously gathered around a creepy cauldron. Created as a preliminary for a commissioned painting, the piece is rendered in graphite on vellum with an image area of 16" x 12", affixed to illustration board measuring 17.5" x 14.5" with tape in the top two corners.
