Demetrio Llorden Leyendas de America #293 (American Legends) "The Blood Curse" Painted Skull Cover Original Art (Editorial Novaro, undated). Demetrio Llorden painted scores of fantastic covers for Editorial Novaro, working on such titles as Joyas de la Mitologia, Adventuras de la Vida Real, Leyendas de America, Vidas Ilustres, Mujere Celebres, Epopeya, Grandes Viajes, Tesoro de Cuentos Classicos, and more. This sea-swept scene should be a hit with horror fans who collect covers spotlighting the "skull" motif. This moody chiller is painted so boldly and realistically, you can almost taste the sea spray.
