Description
Pablo Marcos Planet of Vampires #4 Unpublished Cover Original Art (Atlas/Seaboard, 1975). Only five Atlas/Seaboard titles made it to issue #4. Planet of Vampires came as close as you can get otherwise. The cover for issue #4 was produced, but sadly never needed. The series was an innovative cross of Planet of the Apes and a vampire tale, set is a post-apocalyptic setting complete with free-range savages and civilized dome-dwellers... with a twist. Produced in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Signed on the left side image area, it is slightly tanned but otherwise in Excellent condition.
