Description
John Russell Fearn (as Vargo Statten) Creature From the Black Lagoon First Edition Hardcover (Dragon Books, 1954). A beautiful copy of one of the greatest movie tie-in books ever released, this would make an incredible addition to any horror movie or book collection. This is only the third copy we've ever offered with the original dust jacket, and the last copy sold for $7,500 in October 2021. The dust jacket has a laminate and backing paper partially taped to it. The book's spine is heavily faded and there is light foxing and handling wear to the volume and jacket.
