Batman: The Animated Series Special Edition Warner Brothers Employee Sericel (Warner Brothers, 1992). "I am vengeance. I am the night. I AM BATMAN!" The Dark Knight swings into action in this never-sold-to-public sericel from 1992's critically acclaimed TV program Batman: The Animated Series. This special edition sericel was only given to Warner Brothers Studio employees for the holidays, making this the perfect time to add this item to your collection! Developed by Bruce Timm and Eric Radomski, Batman: The Animated Series originally aired on Fox Kids on 9/5/1992 and was an instant critical and commercial success that led it to winning multiple Daytime Emmy Awards, as well as the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Animated Programming. After the series ended its original run in 1995, it was quickly followed by a sequel series, The New Batman Adventures, and spawned another tie-in title of its own prestige, Superman: The Animated Series. The late Kevin Conroy (1955 - 2022) voiced the character of Batman for over 30 years, in nearly 60 different projects, including numerous animated television series, films, and video games. Batman's full figure image measures 7.75" x 8" and is displayed in an 8" x 10" mat window. The sericel has a Warner Brothers seal in the lower left corner and the overall condition is Fine to Very Good with minor surface wear, and light handling wear and edge wear.Auction Info
