Marshall Rogers Comic Book Artist Collection Volume 2 Cover Original Art (TwoMorrows, 2002). Classic imagery of The Dark Knight and his most notable foe, the Joker, by Marshall Rogers, who had a ground-breaking run on Detective Comics with Steve Englehart. This dynamic moment was produced for the collection which celebrates the great Marvel and DC Comics creators of the 1970s, so of course Rogers was included, and took the cover spot. Ink over graphite with shading film on Bristol board with an image area 12.5" x 15.5". Light toning, there is soft edge wear, and it is signed in lower area.
