Atomic Comics #4 The Promise Collection Pedigree (Green Publishing Co., 1946) CGC NM+ 9.6 Off-white to white pages. This last issue of the title has an incredible sci-fi cover, and it contains art by Matt Baker and Robert Webb. We have seen only a handful of copies of this issue, and we haven't see a copy with a grade above VF/NM 9.0 since September of 2006. Overstreet 2021 NM- 9.2 value = $650.
