Tales to Astonish #13 (Marvel, 1960) CGC VF- 7.5 Cream to off-white pages. Currently one of the hotter Silver Age Marvels, a VF 8.0 copy sold for $10,500 last May! This is, of course, the first appearance of Groot of the Guardians of the Galaxy (albeit a much more conversational Groot than his modern incarnation). Jack Kirby cover and art.
