Tales of Suspense #39 Signature Series: Stan Lee, Gene Colan, and Larry Lieber (Marvel, 1963) CGC VG/FN 5.0 Off-white pages. We've offered only one other signed copy of this issue with a higher grade to date. A classic Marvel key featuring the origin and first appearance of Tony Stark / Iron Man, the first appearance of Wong Chu, and the first appearance and death of Professor Yinsen. The oft-referenced cover is by Jack Kirby and Don Heck. It is currently tied for the #9 spot on Overstreet's list of Top 50 Silver Age Comics.
