Plastic Man #3 Mile High pedigree (Quality, 1946) CGC NM 9.4 White pages. Only the third historic issue of this remarkable series, and the first on CGC's census for the issue. This is just the first numbered issue after two "no-number" one-shots. Jack Cole's clever cover art, as well as his work inside, is always a delight. Even more appealing is the superb condition of this newsstand-fresh copy, a hallmark of the legendary Edgar Church Mile High collection. Unlike many Mile High books, which usually sport a small distributor's penciled "D", this cover is totally mark-free. Plas' pal, Woozy Winks, makes his first cover appearance in his now-familiar green polka-dot shirt. What a fashion maven! Overstreet 2017 NM- 9.2 value = $1,825.
