Description

Ken Kelly Conan Hologram Card Oil Painting Original Art Group (FPG, 1992). Ken Kelly ranks among the best of Conan's many illustrators. For three FPG Conan Hologram cards "Dungeon of Doom" (H1), "Swamp Peril" (H2), and "Eve of Destruction" (H3), Kelly executed numerous full-color oil on masonite scenes that were used to create the levels of depth. On one of the cards he commented about the process, "Creating three separate paintings that make up one holographic image is a lot like building a complicated puzzle. All the images must piece together to make the final product work." These six illustrations for the project range in overall size from 13" x 16" to 18" x 24", and the art averages Excellent condition.
