Showcase #55 Doctor Fate and Hourman (DC, 1965) CGC NM+ 9.6 White pages. This issue features the first solo appearance of the Golden Age Green Lantern in the Silver Age (pre-dating Green Lantern #40), and it's the first Silver Age appearance of the fan-favorite villain, Solomon Grundy as well. The origins of Hourman and Doctor Fate are also retold in a text story. Murphy Anderson cover and art. Just two copies have garnered higher grade from CGC to date.
