Jack Kirby and Dick Ayers Journey Into Mystery #88 "The Vengeance of Loki" Page 2 Original Art (Marvel, 1963). In this Marvel milestone, Thor slips his bonds by transforming himself into meek, slight Dr. Don Blake. This yarn spotlighted a superstar cast: not just that of Thor, Odin, and Loki, but rather three of the House of Ideas' prime architects, Larry Lieber, Jack "King" Kirby and "Darlin'" Dick Ayers -- a trifecta of "Marvel visionaries."
