Charles Schulz Peanuts Snoopy Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 4-9-89 (United Feature Syndicate, 1986). Snoopy's MapQuest is offline. Linus is in every single panel, and Snoopy is in all but one! Created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 22.25" x 14.75". The last panel is an original art paste-up that is held in place with tape in the image area. It is also signed in the panel, as well as the logo panel. The logo is a printed paste-up. Lightly toned and in Very Good condition.
Charles Schulz personally donated this Peanuts piece to the Joan and Dik Browne Cartoon Classic, where Chris Browne placed the winning bid in the event's silent auction. Chris Browne was the writer for Hägar the Horrible from 1988-2017. His father, Dik Browne, was the creator of and first artist for Hägar the Horrible , and also the artist for Hi and Lois.
