Top-Notch Comics #30 Mile High Pedigree (MLJ, 1942) CGC NM 9.4 White pages. The highest-graded copy of this issue certified by CGC to date. These later issues, that read "Top-Notch Laugh Comics" on the cover, are hard to find across the board, and certainly collectible because of the odd combination of the Black Hood with some wacky humor features. Bob Montana's bizarre cover wraps the nicest of the three copies we've ever encountered. Overstreet 2019 NM- 9.2 value = $1,400. CGC census 8/19: 1 in 9.4, none higher.CGC Grader Notes:
