Description
Ernie Colon Arak, Son of Thunder #3 Cover Original Art (DC, 1981). Created by writer Roy Thomas and artist Ernie Colon, DC's most successful sword and sorcery series was Arak, Son of Thunder. Thomas remained writer on the series throughout its run, penning 50 regular issues and one annual, ending with a cover date of November, 1985. Arak, the last of the native American Quontauka tribe, and Valda, the Iron Maiden, face off against each other in Valda's first appearance.
