Jack Kirby and Vince Colletta Forever People #4 Splash Page 5 Original Art (DC, 1971). The Forever People are tested by confinement inside Kirby's Fourth World. A moment of grim clarity settles in as Beautiful Dreamer, Big Bear, Mark Moonrider, Serifan, and Vykin the Black face imprisonment while the Mother Box slips into enemy control, expanding Darkseid's reach and raising the stakes. This page from "The Kingdom of the Damned" is rendered in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Light toning, with whiteout text correction in the credits, light handling wear, and adhesive residue in the credits as well as along the top and bottom margins.
