Witches Tales #25 (Harvey, 1954) CGC VF- 7.5 Light tan to off-white pages. The famous and gruesome decapitation cover on this issue is by Howard Nostrand, who also contributed interior art along with Bob Powell. In our 20 years of comic auctions, we have only seen two higher-graded examples of issue #25. Overstreet 2021 VF 8.0 value = $3,154. CGC census 11/21: 2 in 7.5, 10 higher.
