Description

Joe Jusko Fantastic Four #6 Mr. Fantastic Variant Cover Original Art (Marvel, 2025). Mr. Fantastic is the focus of this painting from Joe Jusko's Corner Box series re-creating the classic art that appeared in the upper left of Marvel's comic covers. This piece is based on the corner box first seen on the cover of Fantastic Four #64 (1967), with art by Jack Kirby. However, Jusko referenced a different version of Mr. Fantastic by Kirby for this re-creation, portraying the patriarch of Marvel's First Family mid-stretch to create a more dynamic image. Headshots of the entire team surround the elongated arm of Reed Richards in this painting created in acrylic on 10" x 22" illustration board. Sealed with a protective varnish and signed "After Kirby" by Jusko in the lower left. In Excellent condition. Includes a 7.25" x 25.5" color print signed by Jusko.
