With a sharp bolt, a plank, 200 pounds of ice, and a captured Tracy, Mrs. Pruneface sets up one of Chester Gould's most memorable torture scenes, in this daily, titled, "Chilly For August." The art has an image area of 20" x 6", and it is in Very Good condition.
