Harvey Kurtzman Two-Fisted Tales #26 Cover Original Art (EC, 1952). This noir/chiaroscuro stye cover was created by the masterful Harvey Kurtzman. As one of the all-time comic art masters, Kurtzman's most desirable artwork came on EC's famed war titles, and great cover examples rarely come onto the market. This dramatic masterpiece is a true stand-out and has been buried in a private collection, making its appearance at auction even more exciting for collectors. Produced at twice-up scale in ink with red ink keylines over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 13.5" x 19.5". The logo, side bar, and masthead are all paste-up production stats.
