Frank King Gasoline Alley Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 6-10-30 (The Chicago Tribune, 1930). Skeezix likes Sally so much, that he's even begun to have her cute lisp. Frank King's hugely popular strip, based around America's fascination with automobiles, began on Sunday, November 24, 1918, and continues to this day. King was the first newspaper cartoonist to allow the characters in his strip to age in real time, as the strip progressed. The ink over graphite on Bristol board episode measures 20" x 5.5", and aside from some slight toning, it is in Excellent condition.
