Superman #6 (DC, 1940) CGC FN/VF 7.0 Cream to off-white pages. Joe Shuster's cover for this issue is one of the series' most memorable of the early '40s, although the issue's true highlight is the presence of the first splash page to appear in a Superman comic. Also featured is a text story by Gardner Fox. Story art is by Jack Burnley. Overstreet 2024 FN 6.0 value = $1,785; VF 8.0 value = $4,350. CGC census 4/25: 17 in 7.0, 14 higher.CGC Grader Notes:
