Flash Comics #13 Rockford pedigree (DC, 1941) CGC NM- 9.2 Off-white pages. Barely edged out 9.4 to 9.2 for CGC census honors as the highest-graded copy. Sheldon Moldoff created another terrific Hawkman cover for this issue, considered "uncommon" by Gerber in his The Photo-Journal Guide to Comic Books. Moldoff also contributed story art.
