This stunner is topped only by the Mile High copy on CGC's census, and we haven't seen that book, or any other with a higher grade, in almost 20 years! The Black Terror and one of the Terror Twins lay into some Nazi goons on the wartime cover. Liberator features begin in this issue, and a Joker knock-off called the Harlequin debuts in the Mask story. Overstreet 2024 VF/NM 9.0 value = $1,838; NM- 9.2 value = $2,600.
