Captain America Comics #16 (Timely, 1942) CGC GD/VG 3.0 Cream to off-white pages. The Red Skull unmasks Cap, finding out that he's really Steve Rogers! Not only that, the Red Skull is also seen without his mask (but only by the readers). Story by Stan Lee, with art by Al Avison. The bondage cover is also by Avison.
