Description
Boris Vallejo Incubus Painting Original Art (1981). A nude, winged demon sits on the back of a reptilian creature in this stunning painting by Boris Vallejo. The image was used for promotional items -- shirts, postcards, a statue, and countless prints, including a published print from Ballantine/Del Rey Books titled "She Rides a Toad-Skinned Cerberus" (1982). Oil on double-thick illustration board with an image area of 20.5" x 28.5". Tape along the edges, light soiling in the margins, with surface/handling wear. Signed by Vallejo in the bottom right image area. In Very Good condition.From the Howard Lowery Collection.
